Frogs are in serious trouble. Over 30% of the world's frog species are at-risk of extinction! Sadly, for many frogs, it is already too late, as many species have already disappeared forever!

Frog Conservation 101 is a conservation initiative created and run by Frog Conservationist, Matt Ellerbeck - The Frog Guy. Matt's conservation work has earned him both a Green Globe Nomination and an Award from the Cataraqui Conservation Foundation.

Many conservation organizations have recognized the importance of education and awareness as a tool to help endangered species. This includes the Amphibian and Reptile Conservancy (ARC) and the Amphibian and Reptile Conservation Trust. As such, Matt focuses his efforts largely on outreach education.

Therefore, the objective of Frog Conservation 101 is to educate the general public about the threats that frog populations are facing and providing information and how individuals can combat these threats. This includes habitat management, land stewardship, and informed decision making.
